City of Canton Police Officer and Certified Officer Testing

The Canton Fire and Police Commission is accepting applications for Police Department testing for new officers as well as experienced certified officers. Applications can be obtained from the Mayor’s Office, 2 N. Main Street, Canton, or downloaded at www.cantonillinois.org on the home page under City News.

Deadline for application has been extended to Monday, February 3, 2025. Testing will be held on Saturday, February 15.

Starting salary is $56,838.54 plus generous health/dental/vision and time off benefits.
