Factory Line Operator

Job Responsibilities:
• Defrosting Product: Work in cold storage areas, transferring bulk product to defrosting room.
• Machine Operation and Cleaning: Operate and clean various machines.
• Equipment Movement: Move wheeled tanks (up to 1400 lbs) and other equipment with assistance as needed.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Attendance: Maintain acceptable attendance per company guidelines.
• Safety: Prioritize safety to avoid accidents and injuries.
• Sanitation: Follow good sanitation procedures and maintain good hygiene.
• Communication: Communicate effectively; report issues immediately to management and exchange information with operators.
• Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure production lines run smoothly and are completed within specified timeframes.
• Machine Maintenance: Ensure machines are assembled and dismantled daily for proper cleaning.
• Personal Protective Equipment: Wear required PPE, such as gloves, boots, and hairnets.
