Marketing Coordinator
Mid Century is seeking to hire a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This position is a key contributor to the success of marketing initiatives, focusing on the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategies to drive brand growth and visibility. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure campaigns are completed on a schedule and within budget.
- Develop, execute, and track marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email ,and event channels.
- Responsible for prioritizing tasks and manage workload collaboratively with the Graphic Designer.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to the internal Graphic Designer to ensure the timely production of high-quality designs.
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency, while also responding to comments and messages on social media.
The ideal applicant will have a degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, or 1-2 years relevant work experience. Strong organizational skills are a must, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for optimizing processes.

Salary Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
