City of Canton Police Officer and Certified Officer Testing

The Canton Fire and Police Commission is accepting applications for Police Department testing for new officers as well as experienced certified officers. Applications can be obtained from the Mayor’s Office, 2 N. Main Street, Canton, or downloaded from the City website www.cantonillinois.org under City News.

Deadline for application is Monday, August 17, 2026. Testing will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026.
