Environmental Health Practitioner or Health Professional
The Environmental Health Division will have a part time position available. This position will be for an Environmental Health Practitioner or Health Professional. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field with 30 semester hours in biological sciences, or 45 hours of health sciences. An A.A. or A.S. in in appropriate field with two years of related experience and approval from Division Director will be considered.
Some Weekend hours will be required.
Must have a valid IL driver’s license with liability insurance and reliable transportation to use at all times.
This position comes with accrued paid time and partial holiday pay. Starting wage is $19.19 per hour. We also offer a retention bonus and gym membership reimbursement for the 2026 and 1st half of the 2027 Fiscal year.
