About the Role:

Spoon River Mechanical is seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commercial and/or residential electrical systems, be able to read blueprints, follow electrical code specifications, and ensure safety and quality on every job site.
 

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

· Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers

· Identify electrical problems using testing devices

· Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes

· Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades as needed

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in the electrical trade

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

· Reliable transportation and tools
