About the Role:

Spoon River Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Key Responsibilities:

· Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation units)

· Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC systems

· Ensure systems meet safety standards and comply with regulations

· Troubleshoot and fix HVAC system malfunctions

· Maintain records of services performed and parts used

· Provide excellent customer service and explain HVAC system operations to clients

· Collaborate with team members and management to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience working with HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)

· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and components

· Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals

· Physical ability to lift, carry, and work with HVAC units

· Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines

· Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude
